Jayson Dinsmore
Executive Vice President, Development
Jayson Dinsmore serves as executive vice president of development for CMT, and oversees all development for the channel, reporting to CMT President Brian Philips. Dinsmore is based in Santa Monica and leads the development teams based out of the network’s LA, Nashville and NY offices.
Since joining the network in February 2011, Dinsmore has delivered an ambitious line-up of new originals, including such break-out hits as MY BIG REDNECK VACATION, REDNECK ISLAND and BAYOU BILLIONAIRES, which rank among CMT’s top three most successful series launches ever. This winter, CMT will debut a third season of MY BIG REDNECK VACATION starring the Clampet family. Currently in development is the new CMT series with Dog the Bounty Hunter and his wife, Beth Chapman, as well as the network’s first animated series, BOUNTY HUNTER, both of which will premiere this year.
