“2015 CMT MUSIC AWARDS” DAY OF SHOWINFORMATION:

Location: Bridgestone Arena, Nashville
BROADCAST RESTRICTIONS
News programs and services may excerptportions of the “2015 CMT Music Awards” telecast during the seven daysfollowing the live telecast on June 10, 2015 solely for reporting about the“2015 CMT Music Awards” as an event and subject to the following conditions.
• Broadcast Restrictions:
o Up to three minutes in total, but no more than thirty seconds of anysingle moment or performance, may be used within the period ending the firstday following the telecast.
o Up to one minute in total, not separate from the three minutesreferenced above and no more than thirty seconds of any single moment orperformance, may be used within the period of the second through seventh daysfollowing the telecast.
o Any display, exhibition or performance of the material must beaccompanied by the chyron, “Courtesy of CMT”.
• Online Restrictions
o Viacom Media Networks provides an embeddable video player of full showmoments and performances here: http://tentpole.viacom.com/cmtma2015/.
o Otherwise, up to thirty seconds of any single moment or performance maybe used as part of a wrap-up package through the seventh day following thetelecast (For purposes of clarification you may NOT use portions of the 2015CMT Music Awards as standalone video assets).
o Any display, exhibition or performance of the material must beaccompanied by the chyron, “Courtesy of CMT”, and a link to www.cmt.com
• Live Streaming
o Maintaining a live video stream, sharing or posting of a live streamwhile reporting is not allowed from the red carpet, press tent or in-house.
