CMT’s Weekly Entertainment News Show Celebrates Milestone with Host, Katie Cook
NASHVILLE – September 9, 2010 – CMT INSIDER celebrates its 300th show this week with an all-new episode premiering this Saturday, September 11 at 1:30 p.m., ET/PT. Hosted by Katie Cook, the milestone episode includes bloopers and outtakes from its 2004 launch to present.
Launched in April 2004, CMT INSIDER is a weekly entertainment news show that explores all things in the world of entertainment that interest the country music audience -- star interviews and news, chart action, new CD releases, new videos, what's new in movies, fashion and fun and behind-the-scenes reports.
Since its inception, CMT INSIDER has traveled to tour stops with all of country music’s biggest stars, been behind the scenes at the biggest awards shows and delivered in-depth interviews with fan favorites from all facets of the entertainment industry. This fall, CMT INSIDER will interview country music superstars including Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Reba McEntire, Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban and more.
CMT INSIDER is a CMT original production; Ray Sells serves as supervising producer and Jennifer Meyer serves as senior producer. Lewis Bogach and John Hamlin serve as executive producers.
