ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A 5TH GRADER? - NEW EPISODES!
Comedian Jeff Foxworthy hosts this new, fast-paced half-hour syndicated version of the atypical game show that measures adults' lack of knowledge – as revealed by how much they've forgotten since grammar school. Grownups find themselves in a classroom setting, revisiting their youth, as they tackle subjects they were taught years ago ranging from art to geography and math to social studies. In ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A 5TH GRADER?, however, the players are not alone and there is a way for contestants to "cheat" in this classroom. The adults have the opportunity to get some help – in the form of elementary advice from real 5th graders who always seem to know more than the contestants. Episodes will air each night starting at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT with a second episode immediately following at 8:30 p.m., ET/PT. Tuesday’s episode will begin at 7:00 p.m., ET/PT followed by another episode at 7:30 p.m., ET/PT. Friday’s episode will begin at 2:00 p.m., ET/PT followed by another episode at 2:30 p.m.

HOPE FOR HAITI - SPECIAL PROGRAMMING!
In response to the devastating earthquake in Haiti, MTV Networks is presenting "Hope for Haiti," lead by George Clooney in Los Angeles, Wyclef Jean in New York City and CNN’s Anderson Cooper from Haiti. The two-hour telethon will be broadcast from New York City and Los Angeles, and will feature musical performances and celebrity appearances to be announced prior to the event, as well as live news reports from CNN. All proceeds will be split evenly among five relief organizations currently operating in Haiti: Oxfam America, Partners in Health, the Red Cross, UNICEF and Yele Haiti Foundation (www.yele.org –text to give at 501501). The two-hour global telethon airs commercial-free on Friday, January 22 at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT.

THE SINGING BEE - ALL NEW EPISODE!
Hosted by Melissa Peterman, new weekly one-hour episodes of THE SINGING BEE promise more laughs and excitement than ever before with new music selections and fierce competitors battling to win up to $10,000. Blending a mix of country music with popular favorites from other genres, THE SINGING BEE tests contestants’ knowledge of lyrics to well-known songs and those who fail to accurately sing the correct lyrics are eliminated from the competition. This all-new episode of THE SINGING BEE premieres at a new time this week, Friday, January 22 at 10:00 p.m., ET/PT, due to the “Hope for Haiti” telethon.

Hazel Smith hosts SOUTHERN FRIED FLICKS, one part movie and one part cooking show. While Smith hosts the movie, she will also show you how to cook a real down home dish and give the latest scoop on your favorite country stars. This week “Coyote Ugly” is featured on SOUTHERN FRIED FLICKS. In this week’s film, “Coyote Ugly,” a young Violet Sanforn heads to New York to pursue her dream of becoming a songwriter. Her aspirations get sidelined by the accolades and notoriety she receives at her “day” job as a barmaid at Coyote Ugly. Starring Piper Perabo, Adam Garcia, Maria Bello, Melanie Lynskey and Izabella Miko, SOUTHERN FRIED FLICKS with Hazel Smith airs Saturday, January 23 at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT.
