NASHVILLE – June 11, 2007 – CMT Radio Network has added Emilee Warner as the new morning reporter; it was announced today by Joe Zanger, director, CMT Radio Network. Warner will serve as CMT’s live on-air correspondent for more than 20 markets nationwide, including Charlotte, N.C., West Palm Beach, Fla. and Oklahoma City, Okla. Warner joins CMT from Nashville’s WRLT Lightning 100 and brings a broad knowledge of country music spanning mainstream, bluegrass and alternative country.

"Emilee combines an enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, country music with the experience one can only get from working long hours at a local radio station,” said Zanger. “She has the perfect combination of skill and experience that will help keep CMT Radio Network affiliates updated on the latest, and most exclusive, country music news."

Warner brings four years of on-air radio and journalism experience to the post. Before joining CMT, her on-air stops included WOWF in Crossville, Tenn., and WMTS in Murfreesboro, Tenn., where she hosts a weekly Americana and bluegrass radio show, “Bum Ditty.” Warner is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
