Celebrate Memorial Day With DOG AND BETH Enhanced Fan Episodes Featuring Onscreen Social Interaction
LOS ANGELES – May 22, 2013 – Ever wonder what Dog is really thinking during a tense takedown; what other fans are saying about the show; or even where Beth gets her special gloves? Find out as CMT premieres an all-night "Dog-a-thon" of specially-created fan edition episodes of DOG AND BETH: ON THE HUNT, debuting Memorial Day weekend on Sunday, May 26 from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. ET/PT and encoring later that night.
“Fan response to DOG AND BETH has been overwhelming, so we decided to give the fans more of what they want—more behind the scenes show information, more interaction with each other and more access to Dog, Beth and Leland,” said Katie Buchanan, SVP Programming Strategy and Acquisitions, CMT. “After debuting these newly-enhanced episodes Memorial Day weekend, we’ll begin creating new fan edition episodes rolling out weekly shortly after the Sunday night premieres.”
Each fan episode of DOG AND BETH: ON THE HUNT will include never-before-seen facts about the show, fan comments taken from Facebook and Twitter and candid quotes from none other than Dog, Beth and Leland themselves.
