“You think you know, but you have no idea…” is the familiar refrain echoed by some of country’s biggest stars in CMT DIARY, an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at the moments where the script ends and real life begins, from artists’ homes and personal lives to their experiences on the road. In this premiere episode, CMT DIARY: GRETCHEN WILSON, Wilson introduces her entire “redneck” family whom she employs to take care of her sprawling Nashville ranch while she’s on tour, and then travels to a small town bar where she plays an impromptu show for an unsuspecting crowd. Macy and Joan Allen). Also stars Jeff Daniels. Premieres Saturday, May 26 at 9:00 p.m., ET/PT
