NASHVILLE STAR is the grassroots talent search to find America’s next great music star. Host Billy Ray Cyrus ("Hannah Montana") will join country music star, singer-songwriter and acclaimed producer John Rich and Multi-Platinum singer-songwriter and three-time Grammy nominee Jewel, along with acclaimed industry heavy weight and BMI Songwriter of the Year (2006) Jeffery Steele, to bring their unique insights and experience to the show and its contestants. The winner of this year’s competition will receive a major recording contract with Warner Bros. Nashville and the performance opportunity of a lifetime on the world’s stage at the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing. Premieres on CMT Friday, June 20 at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT
MOBILE HOME DISASTER (episode 6) - PREMIERE!
Hosted by comedian John Caparulo, MOBILE HOME DISASTER finds deserving families that are living in less than desirable mobile homes and gives them the home makeover that they so desperately need. With help from the accomplished Home Disaster Team including Lori-Lynn Lively, Joe DeRobbio and Kyle Carlson, they use their expertise to revamp these houses on wheels into beautiful trailer park palaces. This episode features a blended family that consists of Kim, her boyfriend Jon, her older daughter Shadi, Jon’s two young kids, Kim’s mother’s boyfriend and nine animals. They all live in a 1978 mobile home. They are funny, country music lovin’, colorful and deserving! Oh yea… and they’re also former carnies. Premieres Friday, June 20 at 9:30 p.m., ET/PT
TRICK MY TRUCK (episode 8) - PREMIERE!
Wade Hill is the hardworking father of three struggling to make ends meet. He drives a truck full time and repairs freight train cars on the side. Too much of Wade’s free time is sucked up repairing a truck that’s literally as old has he is. All Wade really wants is a dependable truck he can be proud of so he can spend more time with his family.
