NASHVILLE STAR (episode 6) - CMT PREMIERE!
NASHVILLE STAR is the grassroots talent search to find America’s next great music star. Host Billy Ray Cyrus ("Hannah Montana") will join country music star, singer-songwriter and acclaimed producer John Rich and Multi-Platinum singer-songwriter and three-time Grammy nominee Jewel, along with acclaimed industry heavy weight and BMI Songwriter of the Year (2006) Jeffery Steele, to bring their unique insights and experience to the show and its contestants. The winner of this year’s competition will receive a major recording contract with Warner Bros. Nashville and the performance opportunity of a lifetime on the world’s stage at the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing. Premieres on CMT Friday, July 18 at 4:30 p.m., ET/PT

REDNECK DREAMS - PREMIERE!
CMT viewers are getting the chance to take part in a great American giveaway. In the half-hour special REDNECK DREAMS, Melissa Peterman (from TV’s “Reba”) and the REDNECK DREAMS “Dream Machine” trailer travel across America to make small town folk’s dreams come true. Unlike other giveaway shows, REDNECK DREAMS does not require contestants to have a heartbreaking story worthy of a country song. REDNECK DREAMS encourages contestants to “dream small”, and Peterman, the show’s “Redneck Fairy Godmother”, grants the most entertaining Redneck wishes. Leslie, a mortgage processor by day and biker babe by night, wanted her own Harley-Davidson motorcycle so she can stop riding on the back of her boyfriend’s bike. Another Redneck Dreamer, Max, just wanted his house cleaned so he could bring dates home. Doug’s Redneck Dream was not for himself, but for his girlfriend to have a beautiful engagement ring. Leslie, Max and Doug all dreamed small and got their wishes, but their Redneck Dreams do not end there. Viewers will have to tune in to check out the REDNECK DREAMS twist. MABE IN AMERICA (episode 3) - PREMIERE!
Known for plotting revenge on telemarketers with his comical phone antics, comedian Tom Mabe (“Prank It Up” and “Revenge on the Telemarketers”) comes to CMT with an all-new hidden camera prank show that takes on everyday people in everyday life. This light-hearted six-episode series features Mabe and his crew wreaking havoc on unsuspecting passerby with pranks that prey on common pet peeves such as annoyingly loud cell-phone talkers and incompetent doctors. In the third episode, Tom has some fun with wacky in-store promotions, angry television reporters, those annoying bluetooths and ridiculous campaign ads. Premieres July 18 at 10:30 p.m., ET/PT
