NASHVILLE – November 13, 2007 – After eight long weeks of grueling physical challenges and emotional eliminations, three contestants have made it to the finale of I WANT TO LOOK LIKE A HIGH SCHOOL CHEERLEADER AGAIN premiering Saturday, November 24 at 8:00- 9:00 p.m., ET/PT. The race to shed pounds, tone their bodies, and fit back into a high school uniform will all pay off during the dramatic final weigh-in when the winner is awarded $50,000, a Reebok Home Gym as well as the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform their lives.

This spirited cast has had the challenge of restoring their physique and confidence with the help of Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders’ trainer, Jay Johnson and his wife Lin. With a no-nonsense approach defined by working, and working hard, the Johnsons used their tough Army-style regimen to transform the lives of these former high school cheerleaders. At their last week at camp, the final three contestants must use what they have learned over the past eight weeks from the Johnsons and train themselves in order to come out with the highest percentage of weight lost. The incredible before and after photos will shock the viewers as the girls run through life size versions of themselves in their new custom made cheerleading outfits.

The finale episode, which is filmed in front of a live audience that included the Riverside College Marching band and the Simi High Pep Squad, will also reunite the three finalists with their family members and friends who haven’t seen them in over two months.
