NEW YORK – February 27, 2008 – Twentieth Television has reached a multi-year licensing agreement for TRADING SPOUSES: MEET YOUR NEW MOMMY, and NANNY 911 announced Bob Cook, president and COO of Twentieth Television and Mary Beth Cunin, vice president, programming strategy, CMT. The unscripted series make their cable debut on CMT beginning Monday, March 3 when TRADING SPOUSES premieres at Noon and 1:00 p.m., ET/PT, repeating at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m., ET/PT.* NANNY 911 begins airing in its regular timeslot Tuesday, March 4 at Noon and 1:00 p.m., ET/PT, repeating at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m., ET/PT.**

In making the announcement, Bob Cook stated: “We are thrilled to enter into this agreement with CMT allowing new and returning viewers alike to embrace two of television’s most memorable family centered reality series.”

A new take on the classic fish-out-of-water story, “Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy” is a program where moms and dads try out the ultimate life change – ditching their families to take over a clan from another walk of life. For some, it’s a dream vacation and for others, an absolute nightmare while they live with their host families for one whole week. At the end, the moms decide how their host family will have to spend the $50,000 prize.

“Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy” and “Nanny 911” are two family-friendly series that directly connect with the CMT audience,” said Cunin. “We believe that the addition of these family-based reality shows to our schedule will not only engage our core fans, but attract new viewers as well.”

“Nanny 911,” produced by Granada America, follows a team of nannies armed with the dos and don’ts of child-rearing. Each nanny has a specific area of expertise, ranging from proper etiquette to controlling temper tantrums, and all are ready to help exhausted parents tackle the issues creating chaos in their home and whip their families into tip-top shape.

*TRADING SPOUSES will air in its regular timeslot on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Noon and 1:00 p.m., ET/PT, repeating at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m., ET/PT.

**NANNY 911 will air in its regular timeslot on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Noon and 1:00 p.m., ET/PT, repeating at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m., ET/PT.
