“UNPLUGGED AT STUDIO 330” WITH JASON MICHAEL CARROLL DEBUTS TUESDAY, APRIL 28 ON CMT.COM

04/29/09

NASHVILLE – April 28, 2009 – Jason Michael Carroll performs songs from his brand new album and reveals the inspiration behind them when UNPLUGGED AT STUDIO 330 premieres today on CMT.com. He delivers an acoustic set of his new songs “Where I’m From” and “Happened on a Saturday Night (Suzie Q)” from his sophomore album Growing Up Is Getting Old which hit store shelves today, along with previous hits “Alyssa Lies” and “Livin’ Our Love Song.”

In a sit-down interview, Carroll jokes that he didn’t get “enough redneck” on his first album, and how he wanted to make a statement with his latest work. “How many of us wish that we could stay young and party and do all these other things we have always enjoyed doing, but then that dang responsibility kicks in whether it be kids or a job. That is where you realize that growing up is getting old,” says Carroll.
