June 26, 2012, New York, N.Y. Viacom Media Networks (VMN), a division of Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAB, VIA), and Dial Global (NASDAQ: DIAL), today announced a major upgrade to their radio prep services with the addition of exclusive video content for station affiliates. VMN’s prep products, which include MTV, CMT, VH1, VH1 Classic, now stand alone as the most complete prep service in the marketplace – and the only one to offer original video content.
The company that invented music television is loading up its five radio prep services with unique video content that can be embedded only on affiliate websites. In addition to the latest music and entertainment news, VMN’s prep services will feature exclusive behind-the-scenes content, backstage and red carpet footage from major events, artist interviews, outtakes from popular programming and more.

VMN prep affiliates will be provided with the media player to post on their website so air personalities can promote music and entertainment news and then direct listeners to their station website for related video clips.
VMN’s prep services are available in five format genres: CHR/Urban, Hot AC, Rock, Classic Rock and CMT Country.
