DESCRIPTION
With the help of Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders’ trainer, Jay Johnson, CMT challenges ten former cheerleaders to restore their physique and confidence in the new eight-episode makeover series. For ten weeks, Johnson and his wife Lin, along with host Jenn Brown, work to revive the athletic prowess of ten former high school cheerleaders and transform their lives with the help of a tough Army-style fitness regimen. Contestants will be challenged physically and emotionally as they vie to shed pounds, tone their bodies and fit back into their high school uniform. The three finalists will participate in a high school pep rally where they will be reunited with their families and loved ones for the first time in more than two months. The a final winner receives a $50,000 prize and a home gym. I WANT TO LOOK LIKE A HIGH SCHOOL CHEERLEADER AGAIN premieres Saturdays at 8:30 p.m., ET/PT.
