PUBLICIST CREDENTIAL APPLICATION FOR THE 2019 CMT MUSIC AWARDS

Publicists may apply for credentials now through May 31st for the 2019 CMT MUSIC AWARDS. Please carefully review the below before applying for credentials and note that we can only accommodate one publicist for each artist.


AREAS OF ACCESS

RED CARPET CREDENTIAL:
CMT invites national and local media to cover the red carpet, which runs before the live show from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. CT on Wednesday, June 5. Please note - all talent must be approved prior to the event to walk the red carpet. Please list ALL of your artist(s) below for approval.

TALENT GUEST PASS (THIS CREDENTIAL CANNOT BE REQUESTED - IT WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKET IF THE TALENT YOU REPRESENT IS PARTICIPATING IN THE SHOW):
Publicists will only receive a talent guest credential granting backstage access if the talent they are escorting is PERFORMING, PRESENTING or NOMINATED in the show. 

Can my artist walk the red carpet?
All performers, presenters and nominated artists should participate in the 2019 CMT Music Awards Red Carpet.
For any additional talent requests, artists must meet all of the following criteria in order to walk the carpet:

1. Artist(s) must have a ticket to be seated at the show.
2. Artist(s) must have a credentialed publicist/representative present to walk them down the carpet.
3. Artist(s) must have had a music video on the CMT main channel within the last year.
4. Requests must be cleared in advance by CMT Communications.
